DO NOT MAKE ANY TRANSACTIONS. We will begin when all teams are full.

Teams will be allowed to start signing their own UFAs and RFAs when we begin the game. I will announce when that will be.

I mentioned this before, players that have been signed or resigned as a UFA or RFA cannot be traded during the off-season. Also the rights for UFAs do not hold much value. Negotiating to resign a UFA will be more difficult to work a deal with. UFAs will want to test the market instead of settling for a discount. RFAs will hold the same value as having the player under contract.

Since we are using the IRL teams to start with, do I still own Jason Arnott? Or is he now part of the Devils?

I'm confused on what is going on. Is there a period where we are just signing RFA's? Do we start trying to sign whomever we want now? How do we go about doing this? Thanks.

You can sign your free agents anytime between now and the start of free agency. I will be the UFA player agent. Radiohead is the RFA player agent.
